VichyFrench and its units are controlled by the German player. VichyFrench unit combat and movement are done separately from the German forces. VichyFrench units can attack and move only into Gibraltar, Sea Zone 24, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Madagascar, French Sudan-Guinea, Niger, Cote D'Ivorie, Dahomey-Upper Volta, Vichy France, Northern France and Syria. Every seven VichyFrench territories, that are not under Axis control during the Purchase Units phase, it gets one new infantry that may be placed on any VichyFrench controlled territory with no more one VichyFrench units.

FreeFrench and its units are controlled by the British player. FreeFrench unit combat and movement are done separately from the British forces. FreeFrench is a major power, with some limitations (no tech and units production), but start with its capital occupied, so it can be restOred. All VichyFrench territories are FreeFrench occupied territories.

Chinese and its units are controlled by the U.S. player. Chinese unit combat and movement are done separately from the U.S. forces. Chinese units can attack and move only into Chinghai, Ningxia, Sikang, Yunnan, Hupeh, Fukien, Suiyuan, Manchuria, Kiangsu, Kwangtung. Every two Chinese territories, that are not under Axis control during the Purchase Units phase, it gets one new infantry that may be placed on any Chinese controlled territory with no more two Chinese units.

Convoy centers, that are part of a sea zone, represent the many supply convoys and give some PUs. A player cannot gain PUs income by taking control of enemy convoy centers, but can deny its enemies this income.

Air Bases: Aircraft flying to or from a territory with a friendly air base do not have to use up one movement to go between the territory and the sea zone in which the base is situated, or is adjacent to. Dardanelles canal is impassable cause it's controlled by Turkey.

Bunkers: For every territory, owned at the start of the turn, a maximum of one bunker can be placed per turn. Territories without a Factory can contain only one bunker. All territories with Factoris can contain a limited bunker's number = its PUs. Waiting for triplea developers to code full managed bunker, in territories with a Factory, place them using the Factory. In territories without a Factory, place then and reduce the PUs spent using EDIT. The EDIT function can be found in the upper TripleA menu.

Paratroppers are available for all players from start.

Vichy Navy defends. Attackable neutrals: Siam and Turkey.

Occupied territory. At the start the following territories are occupied and can be freed: Tunisia, Northern France, French Indo-China, Syria, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, French Sudan-Guinea, Niger, Dahomey-Upper Volta, Cote D'Ivorie, Madagascar, Vichy France (FreeFrench). Kiangsu, Manchuria (Chinese). Cyrenaica. (Italian). British Somaliland (British).

National Objectives:

German:

  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control all of the following territories: Northern France, Vichy France, Netherlands-Belgium, West Germany, East Germany, Denmark, East Prussia, East Poland, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control at least three of the following territories: Baltic States, East Poland, Belorussia, Eastern Ukraine, Ukraine.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control at least one of the following territories: Karelia, Caucasus.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control at least four of the following territories: Egypt, Tunisia, Tripolitania, Cyrenaica, Algeria, Morocco.

Japanese:

  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control all of the following territories: Manchuria, Kiangsu, French Indo-China.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control at least four of the following territories: Kwangtung, East Indies, Borneo, Philippine, New Guinea, Solomon Islands.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Axis powers control at least two of the following territories: Hawaiian Islands, Eastern Australia, Western Australia, India, Wake Island.
  • Gain 1 PU if Axis powers control French Indo-China.

Italian:

  • Gain 10 PUs if Axis powers controll at least eleven of the following territories: Greece, Egypt, Trans-Jordan, Vichy France, Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Tripolitania, Cyrenaica, Syria, Gibraltar, West Yugoslavia, Morocco and no enemy surface warships are in sea zones 24, 25, 26 , 27 and 28.
  • Gain 2 Pus if Axis powers controll the Suez Canal.
  • Gain 2 PUS if Axis powers controll all of the following territories: Eritrea, Ethiopia, British Somaliland, Italian Somaliland.
  • Gain 1 PU if Axis powers controll Malta.

Russian:

  • Gain 5 PUS if the Siviets control Archangel and no other Allied forces are present in a territory controlled by Soviet Union.
  • Gain 10 if Allied powers at least seven of the following territories: Norway, Finland, West Poland, East Prussia, Bulgaria, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Albania, East Yugoslavia, West Yugoslavia.

British:

  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll at least one of the following territories: Caroline Islands, Formosa, Iwo Jima, Japan, Okinawa.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll all of the following territories: Eastern Canada, Western Canada, Gibraltar, Egypt, Eastern Australia, Western Australia, Union of South Africa.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll at least three of the following territories: East Yugoslavia, West Yugoslavia, Albania, Greece.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll all of the following territories: Northern France, Vichy France.
  • Gain 2 Pus if Allied powers controll the Suez Canal.

American:

  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll at least one of the following territories: Northern France, Vichy France.
  • Gain 5 Pus if Allied powers controll Philippine.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll all of the following territories: Western United States, Eastern United States, Central United States, Rock Mountains.
  • Gain 5 PUs if Allied powers controll at least three of the following territories: Midway, Wake Island, Hawaiian Islands, Solomon Islands.

FreeFrench:

  • Gain 10 PUs if Allied powers controll all of the following territories: Northern France, Vichy France.
