The first extension of the Axis & Allies boardgame line, this game covers the European theater. The TripleA implementation does not fully implement the rules of the boardgame, but differences are not significant in practice.

Unfortunately, the scenario itself is glitched. If the Germans build infantry the first 2 turns and armor the next 2, Moscow will fall on turn 6. Russia is just too weak. The Piece Limits variant does not solve the problem, as the Germans can swarm Russia, seizing their income, and win on turn 7 or 8.

My effort fix this is the Europe-Revised scenario, where the income from Moscow is raised from 2 to 8.
