Axis and Allies Europe A&A Pacific-style Victory Condition for Germany

You could try to implement A&A:P victory point solution. For every 10 IPCs earned (including ME IPCs) at the end of Germany's turn, add 1 victory point to Germany. When Germany collects 45 VPs, she wins. If at any turn, Germany fails to score at least 1 VP (10 IPCs), Germany automatically loses.

NOTE: In the first posting of these rules the ME IPCs were excluded.
