Any ship may double its range by intercepting a friendly transport. Other transports may take advantage of this ability, but a transport may not double it's own range. Allies may replenish at each others transports.
Example:
A Sub and a transport leave a seazone and move two spaces, the Sub may replenish and move two more spaces, but the transport may not move further.
Example:
A battleship leaves seazone and moves two spaces, if the seazone it enters contians a friendly transport, it may replenish and move two more spaces.
